Most frequent questions and answers
At least two weeks prior to the event date for small events. Larger events, such as Weddings, require at least 1 month in advance. We can sometimes squeeze an order in with less notice so please ask and we can advise you.
All orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit or full payment at the time of order to secure the date. The full balance in due 2 days before the event. If your order is not confirmed prior to receiving the 50% nonrefundable deposit within 7 business days of your quote, your date may become unavailable.
We are located at…. We are not open to the public as a walk-in business as we are located at a private kitchen. Feel free to contact us for appointments for large events such as weddings.
Yes, we offer cake delivery whether it be to your home or your event venue.
It is good to keep in mind that the layer of fondant on the outside of the cake is very thin. It also has a layer of delicious buttercream or ganache underneath! You can always leave the fondant and enjoy the rest of the cake!
Yes, though once it is picked up the cake is no longer our responsibility.We do not accept returns or issue refunds due to the perishable nature of our products and the manner in which they are transported and stored after leaving our bakery.
All cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to pickup/delivery date for birthday cakes and 2 weeks prior for large events and weddings. Please contact us if you need to cancel or modify an order, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
It is whatever is sitting on the top of the cake. This can include things like molded figures, flowers, and numbers.
Our cake is best served at room temperature. On the day you receive your cake, you can either refrigerate it or keep it cool and out of direct sunlight. If you wish to keep your cake in the refrigerator, remove it 30 minutes before serving to guarantee a soft cake and creamy buttercream.
